Help Base_value_tbl

if i create a male character got that error then cant even login the account
but if i create new account and make a female character no error will show

can someone help me, i got the error after adding the tabbed inventory

Database -> BASE_VALUE_TBL -> DELETE (or $,$,$).... Inventory TBL's and create a new Character (Everything Clean...) now, Create some Items you want as Beginner and Copy&Paste the Entrys from the current Character into the Beginner TBL's...
