New start on GE1, need help

I started a new Account on GE1 a few weeks ago. By now I have 2 Iris, 6 Flax, 15 Lf3, 13 B02 shields. I've finished one hades and next one is 30/45 (all free EE from events/codes). Also I have 155k Uridium saved (I plan not to spend any Uridium for a long time ;) ).

What should I work on next? Offcourse sending Ressources from Skylab to bid on Items, also I want to build the rest of my second hades and then start with Zetas. Should I collect Boxes on Battlemaps or Palla? (I know on Global America you can only collect Palla if you are EIC, is it the same for Global EUrope 1, and if so what company?)

Are all the EIC hunting players from other companies?
I'm playing on US East 3 and it's all fine here.

It's full of EIC players, you won't survive very long if you are from another company (Except you are UVE and only there to hunt lower EIC players :D)
