Fix GWA DisableRendering()

DisableRendering() Now is not work,who can fix it? now run gw.exe cpu rate avg 10~20% ,very high:mad::mad:

It's not broken, an update changed something in handling guild wars in the background. Devs said they will be looking into fixing this.
