Microfon doesnt get detected after new windowsupdate. - 5 euro paypal for solution

I got a msi x370 gaming pro mainboard, realtek hd audio driver , windows 10, a hyperx cloud alpha with 3,5mm adapter not usb. 2 Days ago I got a windowsupdate and since then my microfon doesnt get detected anymore. realtek tells me that i plugged something in, I select it is a microfon (yes in the right slot) but my pc doesnt recieve any sound.

Is my only solution to buy a adapter that changes 3,5mm to usb? like the hyperx cloud 2 has one.

Downgrade from 1803 otherwise check the sound settings / privacy modes in your
data protection via settings.

Normaly you need to permit mic and speakers again.
