Server IP Help

Hi guys , im creating a server but im stuck in this part i have to change TIPADDR on TGLOBAL.
I want it to be hosted on my home pc but i dont know if i have to create anything such as a no-ip domain or just use my ip?
Can someone give me a help with this?

most people use hamachi for their private (test)server...

Use Hamachi if you host a public server using your home wifi bad idea, its gonna kill your internet speed and youll pay more for your internet fee

Yeah i though about that but isnt 100mb download and 100mb upload enough? And i wont pay more i dont have any limit

I downloaded and created a network with hamachi but i see the user limit is 5, how can i have any more?

Thanks! Im having a different problem now, for some reason after i put the ip and port in the client and open the game it crashes and gives me an error report message, maybe its the client im using but it was working before

For some reason i woke up turned everything on again and it didnt crash. Thank you.
