problem with acadmy system

hello guys, iam testing acadmy system, and i just graduated 27 chars to lv60 and i got 1053 honor points and i restarted the server files many times, and i still not ranked in the rank window, and i dont have the buffs too

so what should i fix to make my server acadmy system work.

Copy original ranking table from original db just Incase if you want to use normal ranking system, Google should helps.

i just copied the tables from Dakupra Online database to my database, and the Academy system still not working... i have 9999 honor points and i restarted the server files many times, and i sitll have no buffs and iam not in the ranking window too.
