Error Stard the global manager

hello together when i start the global manager there are these errors see pictures. the machine manger does not start at all there is this error i think it is connected.

setup ODBC or setup your acc data in cert and check if sql started
patch the ip from MachineManager
and add all .exe files in dataexecutionprevention

You need to configure ODBC certification .ini and billing script IIS

Do recheck your .asp files of your "web_billingserver", which includes files that are important to deal with:
GetTotalSilk.asp
PurchaseSilk.asp
RefundSilk.asp
and
DBConnect.asp

And like already said, also recheck and reconfigure, if necessary, your ODBC setup and respective strings (correct computer domain, ID and password to your SQL database).
