If you wanna block stuff without a third party tool, the only thing you can do is fix the problem in the binary of the game server

edit the game nodes in any kind of disassembler
duly note, i wouldnt recommend doing so if you do not know exactly what you do, these type of modifications comes along with unexpected behavior, and it is a very delicate business
