i want to change my website ip to a name , they told me that i need domain name, so how can i get domain name ( .com )
and from where, and how much should i pay ? and is that per month or year ? and is there's .com better than other .com ?

I have to admit ... I'm always curious what question you will ask next. But in all expectations ... wow ... that was unexpected ...

Choose any domain reseller and buy a domain. Contracts per year is usual.

Just go to a domain site seller and buy one, they're usually monthly or yearly pay
