Hello everyone. I am having some issues understanding the Map Flags and the Map Types. I want to make Twin City a non-PK zone and some other minor modifications but I can't seem to understand how this works.
For example I have:
Twin City:
ID = 1002
Type: 24578
Can someone help me understand this, I have spent quite a bit of time trying to. Thank you all in advance.
