Blouflash is a good Developer but the v15 Source is not FULL on vs2017.
PS: If you use the Source, you need to Setup Root/local IP at Patcher so Start/Connect.

Take a look at an other Forum.
v15 - FULL VS2003 => Cuvvvie
v15 - FULL VS2017 => Sauce (This one is the best in my opinion)
