Problem : mercenary spawn work normally if you're not level 140

When you are level 140 and summon the mercenary the game disconnect(connection timeout).
When you summon an emblem , the game crash (all lvl).
Guild goods (guild member summon scroll), the game crash.
I search on the DB, ollydbg(I'm still a beginner using debugger) and i can't figure it out how to fix this problem...
On the forum elitepvpers i didn't find anything helping about this issue...
Can you please help to fix this problem ?
Maybe there is another way to made the mercenary working?
