A little Help?

Hy I'm just curious i wanted to start playing Grand Chase PH but apparently i can't.I can't download the game from the main site.I got it eventualy from the LevelUp Official site but afther i installed it in dose not pass the "Patchcer is Initializing" pace.Could it be because i allredy have the NA Grand Chase installed? Or because i'm from another country?
Please i would really apreciate some help.

Then Try To Use Region Blockers Or IP Hiders...

So They Can't Locate Your Location Where you Are Now.

And there Is No Problem If You Have Other Installed GC Countries In Your PC...

And could u give me a link where can i find something like that and how do i use it?
