Bigpoint is threatening with collection company

Helo forum members!

Few months ago i have wrote a post about bigpoint banned my account because it had unpayed services (uridium, premium etc.). Today they sent me an email about i have like 5 days to pay it or they will entrust a collection company to charge me with the money. I have read about the charging laws in Hungary etc... i don't see big chance on them to do it.

I ask you guys, have you ever met a problem like that, unpayed service and bigpoint is trying to collect money from you? If yes what have you done?

They ordered collection agency on me as well because I was stupid and abused payment bugs, if they dont have ur real life details and address you are pretty much safe. If they do and its just small amount of money and they have ur personal address/details rather pay it now as the fucking company "creditreform" takes insane fees you gotta pay.

About how much money are we talking about?

About 900€, and because i have bugged the trustlypay payment they have my real name, but not my real adress because i have moved from that adress months ago.

Btw where are you from? Incase of foreign country maybe they will let it..

BP is a German company and Im from Czech republic, yet they went for it and I didnt owe them even half of your money lol...

They might get a Collection company from hungary, so be carefull. it can also just be a last threat to make you pay them the money. if you really cant pay it, you can always denie it. reset your pc xD delete all the logs as good as possible and blame your neighbour or idk.
Wlan hacked, someone used my name but didnt have the adress or smthing

Their collection agencies never escalate stuff anywhere so i wouldnt worry on your position, chargebacked from old banned accs payments and then their collection agency sent few times letters to email but havent heard from those for about 1,5 years anymore :D so yeah, dont worry - they wont do shit

a friend of mine has a darkorbit with 1k€ debt. this account is like 5 years old now. nothing happened yet. he just ignored it.

Yeah they just send few of their own reminders in email, after that collection agency will send few (if they ever send the debt for one) but no legal stuff will ever happen. Only thing that can happen is IF you use same IP etc on other accounts you would get paymentsection blacklisted until you pay the outstanding debt.

One of my Accounts got banned cause of payment issue... and its been 3 years now and i haven't got any mails or something ^^

Btw i have spoke with a lawyer and he said that: BP don’t know my real datas because trustlypay company cannot give out personal informations without court order, but BP cannot start anything on the court without my personal informations :D so.. win win

Here in Germany, collection companies take care of collecting. It will not be different in your country. Especially with this amount you will insist.
