You don't need any special program, just open your csv file in Excel it works fine. Just save it back to .csv format.

sorry for bumping this thread but i have the same problem and like it isnt enough, i have to add all those lines manually to their right tables. Janiver do you found any solution ? D:

you will have to look thru the preferences in excel, there is an option somewhere that lets you choose which delimiter to use when saving it as a CSV file
