How to undone a server update

Hello guys i need your help how i can undone a update i do somthing wrong with the update and get some time a error pleas help me guys thanks =)

go to sro_vt_account then go and delete from dbo._ModuleVersion
This
and then go to dbo._ModuleVersionFile
and remove the files from patch that u have uploaded !
then close this 2 files and u are back on the last version .
