thats normal, when you don´t change your Server name in all .inis. Look in the other inis. then it should work fine. Don´t forget to restart complete server.. Not just the ps_game.exe ones

Also any idea why I cannot equip some gear pieces? I tried searching forums and could not find the solution. The icons are also doubled up and not showing correctly.

Maybe you need to execute your actual Item.Sql.

Do you use real ep 5.4/6.4 files or just modified ep4.5 files?

for Gear issues, check your SQL item script and client item files if both aren't the same then this stuff happens. Also make sure you have copy of each cause sometimes the items in the client will randomized if you add new stuff happens to me before and everything is just a mess.
