It's even easier than you might think.

Look for the text file "itemtypenumber.txt"

There is a row counter for +3 up to (usually, if not edited/if stock files) +14.
You might check if the path (e.g. prim\mtrl\itemoption\option_texture##.ddj) is something different than the usual option_texture13 up to *20.

They don't even use the regular glow textures.
Those are totally customized ones.
Download the iSRO, vSRO188 client or any other stock file, get the respective files (itemtypenumber.txt) and the glows (paths will be within the text file) and replace them with your currently used client.

The usual silkroad glow is pretty decent. These ones here are frankly overedited and oversaturated. This is one of those images:

He knows they're custom created glow textures, he's asking if anyone has any BETTER glows/textures that they can share that he can also use. He doesn't need a guide, he just needs the files and he can do the rest.

So why you quote me and don't help him instead by doing the necessary work for him? If he wants better glows, there are many to download, otherwise there is gimp and Photoshop to create some for someone's own needs.
