Do u wanna tell us what script is this for? and why would you wanna use that?

This is (not 100% sure but nearly) for mob speed script or char speed.

If you want to go faster then use an other way of changin speed(Its easier)

Anyway is discouraged to use values higher than 14, but do as you wish.
