Game-Update 03/23/2018

So a quick warning from me:
Don't run any Bot except you know what you're doing!
They changed a lot with last update!
03/23/2018 23:26 Jamamon#2
Any idea how to fix them?
Maybe this has something to do with it (from crash error message):

Cube texture '' file not found

I almost fixed all changes i found so far.
Need to dig deeper in some low-level-stuff.
I will probably share an updated API here when all fixes/checks are done.

So is this something we'd need to paste into the folder for whichever bot we're using or do the scripts need to be rewritten?

The HA bot I´ve been using is also crashing the game and I really need a fix or another HA multi account bot. Any ideas, thoughts?

Typical that as soon as GR goes down they decide to update the headers again lol.
03/24/2018 11:56 Jamamon#9
So, to find out the new header values, I'm guessing that the GW.dat file needs to be decompressed. I can't seem to find a decompression program capable of handling such a large file size.

After that, I guess the new header values would need to be located in the file, and then changed respectively in GWA2, or other parts of other scripts, as applicable.

Anyone know any good decompression software?

EDIT: Found this, but doesn't look like I can do much without buying the full version:

It doesn't have anything to do with the .dat. You have to use a reverse engineering program like IDA or OllyDbg to get the addresses/opcode/sigs from the client as it's running/using those addresses or if you already know the signatures.

I will be honest with you and tell you that I know next to nothing about coding, writing programs or anything in the field.

The reason I wrote the comment was to actually show that there are some of us out there who would like to use bots/scripts on gw in the future and would be maybe even ready to pay for a decent bot if the opportunity shows.

Since I invested into multiple accounts which are just sitting now (which is understandable), I wanted to know what do you think about the future of bots on gw.

And finally I named the HA bot by Teqatle (thats what it says on the software), because it did not seem to have the same components in the folder than the vast majority of the bots.

Thanks for the comment, tho.

The reason of writing this is also to show support to some of you guys which put in time and knowledge into these projects which bring fun to the users.

Don't make the library public for at least 2 years. But then again, DerMoench14 isn't the only one with knowledge; if it won't pop here, it will pop elsewhere sooner or later...

am working on update

It's awesome to see that the people capable of updating this are willing to do so for the public. Meanwhile, it's the ones that don't know how to do it that want to make money from it.. surprising.
