How to protect(block) speed hack?

Hi guys, i have one question. How i can block speed hack from cheat engine, etc. in my server?

I dont remember name of the soft, but its work for stop speed hack.
Its an encrypt soft, like asprotect but not it.

Use themida protect game.exe will remove speed hack .
