*Edit: Just made a new video about my current browser, which is currently the best (atleast for me and friends). Didn't wanted to make a new thread for it so I just edited this one.

Just a good tip of me just buy an good cpu + Ram and your problem should be solved ^^

but like u said that u sometimes won't get stable 60 fps.

I've got an i7-6700 with 24gb ram
and a 550gb ssd and the game is running with avg. 30-40 fps max in high Settins. (2d)

I would Recommend to try a Benchmark to see Which Browser should be good Enough for flash Games.

Here is a link of a benchmarking website where u can try it out.

btw a pic of some user who already tried every browser each with benchmarks.

I tested all of this Browsers with a friend together and for DarkOrbit, Opera was the best one with the Highest Stability of FPS.

Its depends on: operating system, cpu, ram, gpu, browser, flash version, drivers.

1. Some cpu's can be worse than others in some actions.
2. Same to ram if you use old ddr, ddr2 or you use single channel.
3. Flash are bad in gpu utilization.

My tips
Try use other browsers.
Disable all unnecessary program's.
Try change drivers for your gpu.

Note : if you use IGPU you can have huge performance drops due:
low ram amout, slow ram, and igpu core clocks.

IGPU are not designed for games!

I'll make a video to then. Microsoft edge is the best one.

Here are my results:

Edge wins. No Debate. I also tested it in game.
