do anyone happen to know what packet 2078 is for?
or the magic uint at pos. 4 that all the sources just send ? 0x4e591dba

it's usually sent as a response to the login request packet 1052, but i don't seem to find any clues about it but "MsgUserIPInfo" on fang's wiki

if there is someone else logged your account with diff ip ! and you just logged over him !
you will get a msg besides the bulletin and path finding buttons

your last login and and last ip and your current ip

and offsets 4 for showing the red small gui that contains those shit
