Procedures? That I didn't think about.

From what I observed it's either DB or server files ... hmm ... if procedures ...

i think doesnt only in Client Side, cause if is only Client Side, i can modify and gain 50 or 1000 Stat Point per Level in Oficial servers :p

It's definately not client side. Otherwise I'd get 13 stat points when using Evo client + what sandolkakos wrote. The setting must be either in database or server files.

Ohh. I see.

I'm not sure that stat points per lvl are stored in DB's. I can't find them there.

PSM_Client/Bin/Data/ItemEnchant.ini <--- I'm typing it as I remember, but that should be it.

Yes, editing that file you can change the success rates as well as the damage/absorption that enchanting gives.

Note that in the game on the item itself it will still display the amount of absorption or extra attack that the enchanting gives with the original figures (as in a piece of armor at [20], the item descrition will read "+100 damage absorption") BUT when actually used you will receive the correct amount of additional attack or absorption according to what you changed it to in that file.
