Modifying Nanobot

Is there a way to modify 'Nanobot' on my end? I want to add some things that would really help as developers aren't listening to feedback.

deobfuscate --> decompile --> modify source --> compile Done xD

What software do I use to deobfuscate and decompile?

i believe it was written in visual basics not c#
