How to Remove Guild/Job Penalty?

guys i see alot of topics with querys to remove Penalty for Guild and Job but i see alot of comments with ( its not working, i cant access Cave after i added it, etc.. )
Guild:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Job:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

so can you guys please bring to me a way to remove this Guild/Job Penalty without having a Problems or bugs ? i just want to change this 3/7 days to just teleport, or Scrolls to remove both or 1 of em will be fine too, auto teleport scroll recommended,

i already did as i mantioned but the comments always bad, like it will bug ur data guys dont add it, and some people say i can't join the cave thieves now, etc... so i need a trusted Theared please. because iam a newbie wish means if i stuck with any bug, i will suffer..

There two ways
1- remove the penality from gameserver
2- via scrolls

both working fine for me, can you give me any way of those two ways ? scrolls or GameServer edit

to edit it from gameserver use the tool in this Thread :)

i just did that, but nothing changed the penalty still Activitaed, lets go to Scrolls way then please

i just found a Job Penalty Sloution and i did it, now i need the Guild one please, i need it as Scroll or what ever can fix it, thanks in advance
