Decryption file Server.dat

Hello guys!
I need help! I want decrypt Server.dat
But this file is not from game CO2. This is file from old game TQ Digital "Heroes of Might and Magic Online" on C3 Game Engine as any game from TQ
I try using .Dat Files En-De Created By Alex for CO2 game but this file Server.dat not decrypting.
Pleace hepl me decryption. Thanks!
