Is this tested and working with Patch 5211?

After getting the packet and UnZipping with WinRAR>>>I try opening the program CO ZHack V.1.2.exe and it comes to that error.

maybe you got error on your winrar lol

So I really want to use this but when I download it and try to open it with winRAR, it tells me the file is in an unknown format or damaged.. Anybody got any ideas why I'm getting this message? Or is anyone else getting the same thing?
