need advise/suggestion on balancing new wings stats

I'm planning to implement new wings in my server by duplicating existing wings but with new stats.

I really need your suggestion for a new wing and it's name with it's balanced stats.

some examples.

wings of power
+20% increased damage

wings of health
+20% increased HP

wings of defense
+20% increased defense

note: all character can wear this new wings.

If you have suggestion in order to make it more balance please post it here. Don't forget to suggest a new wing name and stats if you have the idea.
