This whole thing is a Virus, 1. Virustotal: 15. 2. Sandboxie: doesnt start. 3. Pc with nothing on it: Doesnt start. 4. Config: Empty. :)
EDIT: If you accidently start this shit, shut ur internet connection. Open Anti Virus, let it check. Open Task Manager, go to details, search for svchost.exe with a Logo(its the one of the programm) and the User: Anonym or Anonymous and open the path to it, afterwards end the task, delete the programm in the path(folder) you just opened, then in this Appdata path go back once, so youre in the "blablabla" thingy and then also delete this folder called CLR or CLX whatever it starts with CL. You should be clean now. :) + Hes probably one of the worst Ratters, so you dont need to worry.
