Ticket System - Vegas - Install errror

Hello. So i tried to add ticket system to my server. Everything went smoothly but at the end I was left with this error when starting a client.

class SpecialEditLine(EditLine): is in ui.py. ( its a part of a ticket system ) I was following instructions when installing this system all the time. Im 100% sure i didnt forget to paste any parts of the system

It is not a client source problem, no src problem. It is just root, client problem.
If anyone knows h-el-p. Thanks :D

I tried to play with imports for example change: import localeInfo to import localeInfo as Locale etc etc but didnt find a fix : (
