[Need_Help!] Problem mit vpc

Hallo
Ich habe ein problem:

Ich starte meinen Server auf : Root, mcncc.com .-start so wie immer.

Dan kommt am schluss kommt immer: Connect: connetion refused!!!
anstatt timedout!

Kann mir wer helfen?
