pulse packet - question about one variable

Hi, i have a little question about pulse packet.
for example, there's a packet:

Code:

pulse 60 0

Code:

pulse <second> <?>

But i don't know what's this "?", it's usually 0, but sometime is 1 randomly.
Could you give me a hint? :handsdown:

walk wait 1min then dont do anything and wait again 1min and check again :P

Seems not related to walk,
Either I walk for 1 step and wait 1 min
or I keep walking for 1 min and wait 1min
or do nothing for 1min and wait 1 to 10min
the param still 0

I found the param will get 1 randomly
one of my situation is auto-speaking to sell item,
most packets are 0
only one get 1: pulse 300 1

I have no idea on the 3rd param.... :(
