It's C++/assembly work, it won't be that hard if you use Reclass.

If u have console u can change ur Yellow Title Name
Type /gncolor example Red 250 0 0 type /gncolor 250 0 0 and enter and u yellow title now turns into Red if u want this for different title's apart from console player's than edit it in the data/media gncolor

That is only a solution to yourself. No one else in the server will see the different coloring triggered by that console command.
It is like just editing the media.pk2 and removing invisiblity of wizards: you will only see the difference. No one else.

i understand that, but if u avaible it in console for the owner, assistant's of the server the player's will see it only in fake console its like a media pk2 example if u write /snow 50 in the fake console it will only snow for yourself if u have a real console everyone able to see it if u type /snow 50 everyone will see it snow's same for gncolor and if the owner make the media edit to gncolor everyone able to see it cuz the server media got the edit.
