Uhm... there is a huge difference between a normal maintenance and an inactive/dead server.
Also, it's possible that a problem or downtime appeared at the host.

It's not the server. Something is blocking the connection on your PC. Firewall/Antivirus. Write their support

there is no perfect 4 story in 2018 the end is coming think . p4 added to much un-needed content, and 4storygg and araz pve seem to have low amount of actives . Ancient is more popular than the last 2 I mentioned I seen more 65 people on at one time in just kether at weird hours so im assuming even more active at normal game hours. But is slow process of creating things there if you got hundreds of hours you will like it. just my opinion don't flame me XD

Hm, nah, +17/18 even +19 pvp's are cheap. Good way to start farm gear. There're also alot of friendly players who like to help new players.
