How to modify the arena application level

Hello, my English is not good. I hope you can understand it.

Recently I was testing ARENA_OCCUPY, ARENA_FLAG, ARENA_SCORE
NPC Code: NPC_SD_ARENA_MANAGER

You may not participate in the match because you do not meet.

Where is the application grade modified?
Thank

Capture the flag

You may not participate in the match because you do not meet the required level. (Can be participated from level 20 or above)

it can be done in two ways
Edit the gameserver with a hex editor, like ollydbg but you have to find the offsets
and the second way is to use a proxy filter which has that feature. You cannot modify it via SQL - Database -

If u cant work with OllyDbg or don't want a Proxy service.

You can make a new Area with a Teleport with max lvl, it's easy. ^^

I can apply for other data, the same SR_GameServer, so I can determine the problem of the database, not the SR_GameServer

Lol , I never thought that you're following me, I'm glad that I've made you feel better
I never said that I'm an expert tho
Instead of doing this ( following me, as you mentionated above "Thx for youre posts, they always make me laught" ), try to invest some time and care about yourself, for example : get some English lessons, get a real life, do something uselful.
also instead of quoting my posts, better give him a solution, bloody faggot!

If you do it via a filter... remember the following:

Account: ABC.
4 chars.
Char 1 lvl 100.
Char 2 lvl 50.

Char 1 registers.
Relog.
Char 2 will be teleported into ctf.

It's a "bug" more or less cuz the AccountJID gets registered.
