Pserver Help Newer Color

Hi all,
i see that PServer section is dead, so after a long period I decided to make again a Private server of 4story to have fun alone :D. I found on my pc Morray files ( i think they are 4.3 with new mounts,gemstones ecc. ) and i start everything succesfully. I use Client 4.4 from DE , but i have only a big problem. I can see all new color, except the newer like Bronce, Dark waterblue ecc (bGradeEffect 12,13,14,15), so my weapon has no color when i use formula of transformation. I want to ask your help to solve this problem.

Another question is: Is there any Funktion to change Formula of Transformation random effect? If i want to have only bGradeEffect between 1-11 (and not also new color like 12,13,14,15), could i do that???

Thanks, I Have already seen it ^^ But i want to know if there is another way without compiling, for example a Funktion to change the Effect Change Scroll random color :)

Ok thank you. I have only one more question. How can i edit the item level reward letter? ( Congratulation you have reached level 10 and it give me letter with Document lvl 10) Is there a specific Funktion? With the Db that i'm using now, i don't receive anything as level reward!

Those rewards are quests

Ok Bomber, but i don't receive any letters when i level up! Probably it's a funktion or something in Db that is disabled! :/
