Weapon rotate and helmet problem

Hello everyone. I added weapons to my test server and I have some problems:
When I get a weapon I get a sgraphic error, another problem like seeing the weapons in a bad position for example the shield on the arm of the character
if need screen just tell me

If you get sgraphic errors, then you did something wrong with importing the files.

Surely it is that, since to try to fix the weapons I tried to make another patch again because the first time I used them I gave such an error and when making another patch they fixed but they failed again right now. Will you know some way of how to fix the position of the weapons?
