Speedattack Bug - Stall, Exchange, Reset Button

i would like to know if it is possible to fix the Speedattack Bug without adding a delay via guard?

What do you mean?

What he is saying is that some skills can be used again without waithing for it's cooldown period. You use the skill open a stall and close and you can use the same skill again without waiting for the cooldown.
