Actually I opened this server just for fun. Just have collocation server and opened a server. Using for other web projects. And there is free space. There will be not donate any time. This is open beta. Not closed one. That's why chars will not be deleted. And I can't access the old epvp account forgot the mail pass. That's why. But this is old account. As you can see

you told us characaters not deleted after beta, where is fair?

and regarding beta..
open beta means the server is open for testing for the public.
closed beta means only selected individuals get to test it.

and at the end of beta/grand opening all characters should be deleted..or at least reset to level 1
with everything taken from them (except if there's some kind of gift for participating in the beta)

currently the elixirs doesnt stack and potions stacks are 50!

make elixirs 250-10k stacks
and potions 5k-10k stacks

and consider adding sox 1-9D in npc since plvling is hard and good items are needed

It's not. Just fixing c10 login problem and rates. I saw the exp and party exp rate is not balanced. Also editing ch skills for balance
