Problem with Premium buff

hello Elitepvpers community i hope u all having a great day because iam having a great day beside u deserve it
Problem is i have 2 types of premiums in my server RED/BLUE the problem is both have the same buff 5%
i want to change the red one to 10% but i cant find it on textdata_equip&skill
so where can i find that or how can i edit it, please help

Stats Premium Param _RefSkill

Param7 Physical Damage Increase
Param8 Magical Damage Increase
Param11 Physical & Magical Damage Absorption
Param14 Parry Rate Increase
Param17 Attack Rate Increase
param19 Lucky Increase
param21 Alchemy Probability Increase

and do the same in the SkillData_xxxxxenc.txt and bam done!
