silkroad install error?? [help]

hey, i was wondering if anyone knew something that can fix this error i've been looking around and found nothing, the error i get says "this is a client file that can be used after legend 4 plus - hotan fortress update"

maybe your firewall is blocking tehe installation and you must be conected to the internet

i've disabled the firewall, and i how can i make sure it's connecting to the internet?

edit: i fixed it just run on compability mode( properties<compability<SP2

i tried switching the compatibility and it still dun work..
