Server has been disconnected

Hello, i create a new private server with my friend.
The consoles start correctly, I can connect, but as soon as I select the server, it disconnects me and displays: The server has been disconnected

Can you help me ?

Like since 1 month ago you didnt knowed how to make an Act4 channel.
