problem with skill edit

i need help, i just edited some skills and it work verywell but the changes didn't done with the text
example: i highered the rate of knock-back of Sprint Assault skill and it work very good but when i go with my mouse on the icon of the skill the skill still with the old %
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
wish means this 40% kb should be 100% know because i edited it already and it already working perfect.
i hope u guys understand me..

If you already know which parameters you have to change, then you do that for both sides, server (_RefSkill) and client (skilldata*.txt).

Only visual changes (effects) are only client sided and don't require any server changes.

guys its not working still, when i do any edit with skilldata%enc.txt , i open the game and when i press start on the char, i get crash from the server, please help...
