[Request] Shaiya Fix skills and Potions delay

Any one can shared or any help about skills and potions delays on Ep 5.4??

I already use the Shen solve (phoenix.dll) but when I inyected the game.exe with Stud_pe, lordpe or Ollydbg. The game.exe crashes.
