Need help OpenNos

Hi guys, i tried to start up an opennos server on my PC for friendly purposes. It compiles and no warnings are given but when i log on, everything is stucked! Mobs don't move, Portals don't work.... Only GM commands work. I noticed an exception is thrown on debug console(VS Console): "Exception thrown: 'System.IndexOutOfRangeException' in OpenNos.GameObject.dll"
I tried to:
Recreated DB and Reparsed datas with different packets.txt.
