Need help

Hello i need help, i trying to register to my pserver and i successfully register but it doesn't created my info in the database, what should i do?

I hosting the register in cpanel, maybe i need to do it privacly in xampp and it will work?

Any idea please .. i tried everything exept the xamp idea

If you hosting the register on cPanel , you need to do a custom configuration to it for it send the account register intro your database .
Try to put register on xampp and test it , probally will work
