Recruting Java coder for Aion

Hey guys i'm hosting a servers with my friends but we still need a Java developer and some other member for the Staff we are doing a big servers who will be for sure better then IA ^.- .

Just a word of advice.
Generally, someone doesn't want to join a team and code "under someone" when they could do it themselves, while you get all the credit.

Try getting a team together before you decide you want to recruit more people, or I'm almost sure nobody of value will join.

Its just hard to find Java developer ..coder most i know are using C# and no more they hate java :P so impossible to get working some stuff -.- .

I am learning Java at the moment! Well, but i can not learn so fast that i know java in 3 days :D
But if you still have other jobs like web-designer and more...ask me. =)
