1. Enter the mime types for ini/patch.
2. Make sure that .ZIP file is corrected (check the settings of zip file)
3. Make sure that .patch file available by link (try to follow the link to your patch [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])

How are you creating your patch files? There might be something wrong with your method.
