Step 1: Download any office tool, libre office etc...
Step 2: Open office tool.
Step 3: Load spec item into office tool.
Step 4: Read the columns and apply some basic brain power.
Step 5: Save and profit.

Do you even remotely bother trying before asking and expecting others to do it for you? This is so basic that you could even find another item that has a cooldown and go from there lol.
